View UAlbany's nine-panel Veterans Wall of Honor, which includes photos, illustrations and the names of more than 4,000 alumni, faculty and staff who have served in the U.S. military. Free.

Scholarship Donor/Recipient Reception

Assembly Hall, Campus Center
To thank our donors for putting The World Within Reach for our students, George R. Hearst III, president of The University at Albany Foundation and Robert J. Jones, president of the University at Albany, will host a private reception for donors and student scholarship recipients, followed by the Reaching Higher, Achieving More luncheon. Donors and students will have an opportunity to mingle and have keepsake photos taken before attending the luncheon, which will recognize longtime UAlbany supporters. Reaching Higher, Achieving More is an alumni campaign designed to showcase the remarkable career paths of the University at Albany graduates.  They are entrepreneurs, educators, lawyers, corporate leaders, entertainers, doctors, social workers, authors, policymakers and more, and their impact is truly global.  Registration required. Get into the spirit before watching UAlbany take on Richmond in the Homecoming game! Enjoy a lunch buffet, live music featuring the Bad Chaperones and family fun activities with other Great Danes fans.  Package include lunch buffet, t-shirt and football game ticket.  A $40 value.  Must register by Oct.1 to receive a commemorative t-shirt. Free parking.  Registration required. Cost $20, $5 for children 12 and under.   
Reunion classes, School of Business alums, Rockefeller alums and GOLD, will have reserved tables.

UAlbany Downtown Campus Walking Tour

Downtown Campus
See some of your old haunts and reminisce with alumni during this tour of the various buildings on the downtown campus. Geoffrey Williams, university archivist, will host the tour. Tour starts at Draper Hall entrance. Parking is available at Thurlow Terrace on Western Ave. Registration required. Free.
